Description
The waste cable wire recycling machine is used to recycle old used cable wire with the diameter from 0.3 to 30mm,such as automobile electric route,car bottom line,computer case line,motorcycle electric line and communication cable,etc. The whole line includes crusher ,gravity separator and the impulse dust collector. It reduces the personnel cost, and enhances the recovery rate over 99%. It not only develops the national economy, the protection of the environment,and it is also conducive to the development of renewable industries.
Working process
1. Put waste cable into the crusher machine, they will be cut into granules first. during this process, copper and plastic are separated but still mixed together.
2.Then the granules are sent to air separator for separation, according to the gravity difference and through air blow, the copper and plastics are separated successfully and comes out from different sides.
3. At last we collect the separated pure copper and plastic .
