Description:
The PCB recycling machine is used to recycle and separate the metal and non-metal material from the scrap PCB ( printed circuit board)and CCL(copper clad laminate). The output is mixed metal powder and resin powder, fiber powder.
Process:
1). Dismantling machine, which is used to separate the components from the pcb boards.
2). Two class crusher make the mother board into pieces of 1cm*1cm size, and pulverizing machine are used to get the mixed powder.
3). The metal and non-metal are separated through air flow gravity separator and electrostatic separation.
4). The whole separation line is in closed processing, no pollution produced.
